A very big match in Bridgend this afternoon as Celtic Crusaders take on Swinton Lions at the Brewery Field for a place in the LHF National League Two play-off final. The Crusaders have done tremendously well to reach this far and need all the support of the South Wales public if they’re to get to the Final in Warrington next Sunday. The Crusaders are reporting an almost full-strength side with just prop Phil Cushion doubtful. Kick-off is 3pm but get there early as tickets to see Iestyn Harris’s Wales play Scotland at the end of the month are reduced from £10 one day only and are on sale in the club shop for only £3.

 Great advertisment for rugby, whether its union or league. Both sets of fans were great and the game well, words cannot say for what happened. Unlucky and good luck for next season. |

Very true. Very true. Great game. Great atmoshphere. I thought the Swinton fans were fantastic throughout, and never gave up... bit like their team. Thought the game was in the bag with 2 mins to go, but the Crusaders took their foot off the pedal and suffered as a result.
