Tag game on the 26th July

The Bridgend Blue Heifers next Tag rugby game is v the Celtic Barbarians in Porthcawl RFC in Saturday 26th July. Any and everyone welcome to watch and/or play. Our game will (hopefully) be followed by the Blue Bulls in a Welsh 1/4 final.

T-shirts are now available at http://www.pentost.co.uk/

We are also provisionally entered in a touch rugby tournament at Roath Rec, Cardiff on Aug 17th too so there's plenty going on.

Totally knackered, but totally enjoyed.  Fantastic participation from both sides and yes we were outplayed but at least we didn't get tagged by a women.

Again keep going for the cause and cu on Tues.

Enjoyed the game. Not too bothered about the result as we all had a laugh and raised quite a bit of cash all of which will be going to Everyman Cancer research. I thought we competed well considering the age range and range of abilities of our team compared to theirs!! We drew the second period 2 tries apiece.

All Heiffers sponsor money to be returned to myself or Baldy by Tues 5th Aug.

And YES there is training on Tues for this possible touch rugby game on Aug 17th

Well done to all. I heard a number of people comment about how much effort everyone involved in the Heifers v Barbarians put in, both in organising, training and then playing yesterday. You put most of us too shame I can tell you.

Two moments of brilliance:

i) The girl tagging one of the Barbarians
ii) Baldy's diving tackle at full stretch
