Why when the forwards do all the hard work of actually winning the ball do we seem to try to go straight up the field back into the opposition defence? The number of times there were huge undefended open spaces crying out for a well placed kick for our wings to chase was frustrating.At lease at the end of the Corus game the scrum half was quicker getting the ball out! However why wait for the last 15 minutes to run the ball. We need to wise up and alter tactics if they aren't working!

We were all over a shattered Corus pack at several points in the second half, owz.

Plus, we ran very well from deep with both wingers and our full back getting through a lot of good work.

I'd like more chat from the halfbacks and a clear voice from the captain/pack leader.

Several oldtimers (Keith included) were talking about needing a general.

I'd settle for a gobby sergeant at halfback!

That game got away from us when Corus ran at us when we were down to 14 men; that needs to be addressed.

Corus were there for the taking.Lllyr Lane showed some general qualities when he came on but the refs obviously have it in for us...surely we cannot be THAT indisciplined. The fact that we are so close in very match syas we are either getting there or we lack the killer touch to see teams off.

One of our problems is we are expecting instant results anbd judging the current young team on great Ravens teams of the past.....just remember how bad our last team was in the Premier?

Give them Time but give them SUPPORT!

I agree Bouch, the half backs need to get the ball moving quicker, we have a young captain who needs help from his team mates. The pack is doing the work but then nothing comes of it. Llyr Lane made a difference when he got settled in, the backs need to wise up with someone dictating what they need to do, and when they don't, let them know not just accept it! All is not lost yet even tho we've had a bad start things are about to change, so we need to support the lads and they will come good for us!
